Greetings for Diwali and New Year from the
Pattni Connection Advisory Panel
On behalf of all of us at Pattni Connection and the Advisory Panel, we take
this opportunity to wish you and your families a very Happy Diwali and a
Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year.
As the Parajiya Pattni community celebrates Diwali and the Hindu New Year around the World, we
reflect on the past year and look forward to the year ahead.
We have seen the recent celebrations of Navratri and Sharad Poonam from across the world. The
celebrations in London organised by the PPA Youth was a fantastic, well attended event.
Congratulations to the team and we look forward to more events. The younger generation is our future
and we must support and encourage them to not only participate in events but to organise such events
that suit the whole community.
On a sadder note, we have seen the passing of our beloved Pranlal C Dhanak, founder of Pattni
Connection and Amit R Vaya, President of Parajiya Pattni Association, Leicester and Pattni Connection
Advisory Panel member. Both leave behind a lasting legacy and will be greatly missed.
