It is with profound sorrow that we announce the sad demise of our beloved father Shee Laljibhai Odhavjibhai Karchalia, aged 81, on 15th June 2005.
             Shree Laljibhai, better known as Lalaji, was born in 1924 in Dwarka, India. Laljibhai was the eldest of the six brothers – Mohanbhai, Late Shree Vrajlal, Vallabhdas, Late Shree Govindbhai, Babulal and Jayantilal.
           He migrated to Kenya in 1943 where he spent most of his life. He eventually moved to London in 1991 with his wife Mrs Kantaben where he spent his retired life with his family. He left a legacy of 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He will always be remembered as a kind, caring and a happy individual who has a open outlook to life.
           We would like to thank all our relatives and friends for their help and support they have given us at this unfortunate time.
