There is not a formal Parajiya Samaj in Vadodara, but the Parajiya Soni families have created an informal group called Parajiya Soni Parivar.  There are about 40 Parajiya families with about 150 members in total, residing in and around Vadodara and a group of the families try and meet on the first Sunday each month.  There is no formal committee, but unity amongst the families is excellent.

They are very pleased that the information available on is very welcome and keeps everyone informed about the Pattni Community worldwide.

New Year Message from The Editor / Webmaster

Proposal to make Pattni Connection 24/7 Global Website !
On the eve of the end of 2017, the festivities will culminate on Monday, January 1st when the  world will celebrate the New Year and embark on exciting 2018.

Time to Celebrate - an exciting New Year for Pattni Connection!
Pattni Connection website had a very fruitful year indeed. The web hit counter showing over 1.15 million hits and Pattni Connection Facebook Group of nearly 3,700 members is quite remarkable. It has truly become the only global website for the Parajiya Pattni Soni community.

Facebook Warning
Although nearly 3,700 members have joined Pattni Connection Facebook group, it is important to know that Facebook has its limitations.

Facebook, arguably the most famous social networking site, has some bugs you should be aware of before joining Facebook. UK Government has also warned Facebook that it will be fined up to £20million if they fail to tackle cyber-bullying.

In today’s newspaper article, it is reported that Facebook users’ machines could be taken over and used to mine cryptocurrency, like Bitcoin and Litcoin, security experts have warned. For further reading and warning click today’s newspaper - Sunday Express.

The good rule is Never give out too much personal information. Many Facebook users due to various concerns  have  deactivated or deleted their Facebook profile. Many of our community members do not even use Facebook. They get the community news from the Pattni Connection website.

Vijay as your new Webmaster
Our new webmaster Vijay Pattni has successfully taken over the maintenance and updating of Pattni Connection. The transition has indeed gone very smoothly. This gives me time to explore new opportunities to serve our community.

Exciting 2018 : Proposal to make Pattni Connection 24/7 Website
There has been a digital revolution for our community, and technological advances may see increased technology has transformed the way we communicate and spread news.

Pattni Connection being the only global website for our community, its is proposed to find 6 more assistant webmasters, each for USA/Canada, Australasia (Australia & New Zealand),  India, Middle East, East Africa & South Africa. Each webmaster can then update the local news making Pattni Connection a 24 hours - 7 days a week truly global website. We shall discuss this further in the coming months.

Meanwhile enjoy the festive season and wish you a very happy and a prosperous new year
