Parajiya Soni Samaj Picnic 2019 organized by working committee members of Parajiya Soni Events Management LLC,Dubai, UAE, was on Friday, 1st February 2019 at Corniche Park, Kalba, UAE.

Corniche Park is a very clean and well kept long spacious strip of green grass park along the Gulf of Oman sea coast in the town of Fujairah, UAE. It's a long seaside park that runs for several hundred metres. It’s a spectacular drive from Dubai to Fujairah through the desert and rocky arid mountains which is a popular spot for picnics.

The response by our community was very encouraging as around 375 members came and enjoyed the picnic. Members gatherered at Dubai and Sharjah bus stops by 8.00am and we departed by 8.30am.

Light snack packets were served in the buses during the trip.

Fun filled day with kids and family

Picnic is all about having fun. Spending the entire day frolicking with kids and family. And then eating together, endless gossiping and ample entertainment that went on throughout the day.

The lunch included Thepla, dry aloo bhaji, bundi raita, lasan & green chutney, khaman dhokla, lassi and sweet adadiya.

In the evening, light snack of homous, falafal, tea, softdrinks & water were served.

All in all, this fun-filled occasion was simply incomplete without recreation and a handful exciting games, music and songs.

It was fantastic day that ended with our departure at 7.00pm. It was a day that we will all fondly remember.
