EDUCATION ENCOURAGEMENT 2012 PROGRAM

to be held during SNEH MILAN

We are happy to announce preparations for this year’s SNEH-MILAN and the Educational Encouragement Scheme programs.

BALL DANCE & DJ PARTY

This year we have also organized entertaining & exciting Special Ball Dance Party for all age groups on the auspicious occasion of Diwali & New Year 2012. To make this events more thrilling please do participate without any hesitation.

For the Teenager there will be special DJ party after the Ball Dance.

EDUCATION ENCOURAGEMENT SCHEME

The scheme is to encourage children of the Samaj who are residing in the UAE .to excel in their studies. And acknowledge the hard work & efforts of those who have achieved a high level of academic performance.

ELEGIBILITY FOR THE STUDENT AWARD SCHEME IS AS FOLLOWS:-

CATEGORY I	FROM  3rd TO  5th  STANDARD	TO QUALIFY, MARKS REQUIRED ARE 75% AND ABOVE
CATEGORY II	FROM  6th TO  8th  STANDARD	TO QUALIFY, MARKS REQUIRED ARE 65% AND ABOVE
CATEGORY III	FROM  9th TO 12th STANDARD	TO QUALFY, MARKS REQUIRED ARE 60% AND ABOVE
CATEGORY IV	FROM  GCSE AND ‘A’ LEVEL	TO QUALFIY, MARKS REQUIRED ARE 60% AND ABOVE
CATEGORY V	FROM COLLEGE & UNIVERSITY	WILL BE ASSESSED ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS

1. For GCSE & ‘A’ Level students must provide the percentage marks of each subject according to the grade obtained.
2. For the first four categories, all successful applicants will be honored with a certificate and three highest – scoring students each category will also be awarded the 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes.
3. For the fifth category the 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes may not be applicable, In case the certification is from a local college or institute; it must be government approved institution.

Note: Eligible Students or their representative should submit a copy of their Marks-Sheet on or before 6th November 2012 of the collection points mentioned below. Note that the successful applicant will be required to bring their original Mark-Sheet to the Award Ceremony.

Kindly do not submit the mark sheet after the deadline as it will not be accepted under any circumstances.
