School for the blind girls gave us a very warm reception. We were given a conducted tour of the school by the head teacher. Each class we visited stood up to give us respect and many recited Hindu prayers by reading braille. It was a very emotional visit especially for the editor Shree Sunilbhai Dhanak who had a daughter who was blind and very sadly lost her few years ago. These girls at the school never forget us after we left. They sent me a Rakhi that arrived by post in London on the Rakshabandhan Day with a beautiful poem. This lovely poem that will make your heart melt is posted on the website.
