TIME MANAGEMENT

There was one more issue discuss was time management of Function.

The barometer of Success of any function is the numbers of attendance and is difficult for the organiser to start function without a forum or minimum attendance from members.

Hence once again we request all our members to kindly attend any function on time as per circular so that we can start on time and complete on time.
