NAVRATRI 2014 CELEBRATIONS
Dear Members,
The President and the Executive Committee of the Parajiya Pattni Association Leicester region cordially invite you to the forthcoming Navratri celebrations.
The committee anticipates
your full support and co-operation in order to make this year’s Navratri
celebrations successful.
Therefore it is committee’s humble request that you
attend the function on time and on all five days so that you can fully
participate and enjoy the programmes.

NAVRATRI FOR OTHER DAYS:
Navratri function for other
five days for Mahilas will be held at the following member’s residence

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO:
In order to capture the
memorable moments during Navratri function for all members, one of the
community members will be taking photographs/video
during the celebration and
you may wish to have your family/friends photos taken. It is absolutely free of
charge.
Photographs will be published on
a daily basis on social media [Facebook-Parajiya Pattni Leicester] and Pattni
Connection web site.
Therefore if anyone who do not want their photographs
taken and or published, then please notify in writing to the committee members
in advance.
If we do not receive any notification from you before the Navratri
function then we will assume that we have your consent to be photographed and
or video.
DONATION AND SPONSORS
To ensure the
transparency with all donations that are received during the Navratri function,
The President and the Executive Committee
have
decided that the names of the donors
with total amount they have donated along with the list of sponsors will be
published on
the Pattni Connection website and social media site
[Facebook-Parajiya Pattni Leicester] on a daily basis.
Diwali 2014
function will be held at Symphony Rooms, Leicester. Full details are as follows

any committee member We will be sending the invitation via email to those of you who have
given your email address and
