The most anticipated event of the year is just few weeks away!

There is a buzz of activity at PPA Leicester as it hosts the most anticipated event of the year - The PPA National Diwali Celebrations.

Swati Madhavji, President, PPA Leicester Region, her committee and Ashwinbhai Kagadada, Trustee are eagerly looking forward to welcoming all Parajiyas' from UK and Worldwide.

From the responses that I have received, a huge turnout is expected.

After the successful Diwali Function at Luton last year hosted by the PPA Luton & MK, this year’s Diwali at Leicester has generated lot of interest in our UK community and also abroad.

There has been lot of excitement amongst the London members too, to attend the event. Kantibhai Maganlal, President, PPA London Region, declared at the Navaratri function that the committee has hired a coach and if required, a second coach will be arranged. Not only that, should there be a demand, the committee is prepared to hire even a third coach!! There was a round applause when Kantibhai declared that the next year’s Diwali will be hosted by PPA London.

I have received several inquiries from Pattni members residing abroad expressing their wish to visit UK especially to attend the Diwali function.

Yes, I am aware that there is not much time to go to book your holidays. However this is a golden opportunity to meet the whole UK Pattni community.

So dear members, book you flights now! Let the plane take the strain! Arrive at the London airport and then hop on the coach organised by PPA London. To reserve your seat, please contact any members of the committee or send you message by e-mail at PattniConnection@gmail.com. Your messages will be forwarded to the Committee.

I hope to meet you all; especially those hundred of members who have been in touch with me over the years by e-mail but not had an opportunity to meet personally.
