PPA UK Directory

It has been a while ago since we have produced a UK PPA Directory to update our records. 

We have registered with Data Protection with the Registration No ZB529260 to keep in line with the requirements of holding the Data.  

Please fill out this form with your up to date details and submit. Once submitted the data will be send to our secure mail for storage.

Your Data will be used to create the UK Directory and also for to inform on various PPA Activates.

We will also look into a suggestion to create our own Business Group where we can share our profession and our services within our PPA UK Community.

All members in the family can fill out the form. There are no restrictions as every single member are important to be registered.

Data will not be shared to anybody outside our community nor will be used to solicit any member.
