A Diwali and New Year celebration was arranged at relatively short notice and many families from Birmingham were represented.
There was good cheer and enjoyment by our Pattni Community getting together in Birmingham after a couple of years.

We were all honoured by visiting guests from Leicester and Luton- PPA UK National and Leicester President Amit Ramniklal Vaya and
Sulochna Jagdish Vaya, President of PPA Luton and Milton Keynes.

The new President, Jasuben, thanked the gathering for having confidence in her.

Birmingham PPA members then carried out an impromptu discussion to consider
how to take PPA Birmingham forward and lots of new ideas came through.

As our National President said, most importantly, that each of the
Parajiya Pattni Associations in the UK should work together and
support each other in all the local, national and international events and projects.
