From the Editor:-

This is not just an ordinary Havan. It is a Maha Havan that will include Chandi Path, Ganesh Puja, Maha Yagna, Farhar, Aarti and Dhun-Bhajan

Hiteshbhai Dhanak from Mumbai has kept us informed regularly by phone and e-mails. Months of hard work has gone in by many Dhanak families who volunteered to prepare for this Momai Maa Havan for Dhanak families.

Worship of Momai Mataji in the form of a family deity (Kul Devi) helps one to become God-conscious in all daily activities. Additionally, such Havan arouses a sense of togetherness in the family, since the family members worship together and participate in the rituals, chants, singing, and study of scriptures.

Tradition says that "a family that prays together stays together."

Dhanak members travelling to Mumbai during this festive season should not miss this opportunity to visit Soni Wadi in Borivali and attend Momai Mataji Havan
