Jamnagar Samaj committee members, Mahila Mandal and the committee members of the Federation were present where we had discussion on various Samaj matters and the progress of our website. Shree Pranbhai also held a separate meeting with the president Kantibhai Ghaghada. A report by the secretary Rameshbhai A. The founder of the Pattni Connection website,
Shree Pranbhai Dhanak has been giving invaluable service to our Soni community through the Pattni Connection website. He has managed to connect all Pattni Soni Samaj around the world under one roof. His services have really put ‘Pran’ to our community and not only we congratulate him but we should all back him and support fully in his endeavors.
Mr and Mrs Pranbhai Dhanak were taken on a tour to see our community building and were also briefed on the activities of our Samaj. They took a keen interest on all aspects of the Samaj activities and expressed their deepest pleasure at the progress made by our Samaj.

Shree Pranbhai addressing the Samaj members said that the computer literacy is very important skill to possess. The internet has revolutionized the computer and communications world like nothing before. Its influence reaches not only to the technical fields of computer communications but throughout the society. Today, the internet technology is offering our community an ever-greater array of services, and getting more and more deeply involved in our lives. It offers an opportunity for increasing communication between Pattni members and uniting Soni Samaj worldwide.
Recently, the family of late Shree Maganbhai Odhavjibhai Vaya (Nanduriwara) donated computers to our Samaj. The computer classes in our Samaj have now become extremely useful to communicate and to send and receive the latest Pattni Samaj national and international news.

Today is the time for unity and for that effect; the Federation is playing a vital role in uniting Pattni Soni Samaj. While addressing the Samaj members, President Shree Kantibhai Ghaghada briefed members of the Samaj activities. He added that although Pattni members are spread all around the world and thanks to the Pattni Connection website, we have all come much closer. He congratulated Shree Pranbhai Dhanak for the wonderful work done on the Pattni Connection website.

Shree Dhirajbhai Dhakan addressing the Samaj
The Federation President Shree Dhirajbhai Dhakan then addressed the Samaj and explained the history of our community. He said that we are the community of creative craftsmen and artisans. Having remarkable vision and talent in our community shows how much natural boundless creative mind we possess. If education is added to this mind, then our Samaj will work wonders.
Mahila Mandal President Smt. Renukaben N. Dhakan
Smt. Renukaben N. Dhakan briefed the community members on the activities of the Mahila Mandal. Mandal has been busy organizing religious, cultural and educational programmes for the ladies. She was encouraged with the support that she receives from the Mahilas and the Samaj committee.
Donation to the Samaj
A donation made by Shree Pranbhai Dhanak to the Medical and Education Fund in memory of his late father Shree Chhaganbhai Arjan’s first tithi (death anniversary) and a donation to the Federation’s Education fund to celebrate Shree Pranbhai and Smt Kumudben becoming grandparent were greatly appreciated by the Samaj. Details of the donation are published in the August issue of Parajiya Prakash.
