Congratulations to Chandni Challa who reached Everest base camp

 

 

Chandni Challa, Hon Secretary of Leicester PPA made it to the Everest base camp

on Wednesday 15th November 2017 proudly announced by parents Bharatbhai and Hasi Challa.

 

Chandni told her family early this year that she intends to venture to Everest Base camp. She sat her mind on it and worked towards the goal.

After extensive training, she set off and successfuly reached the base camps of Mount Everest on the 15th November.
 


Taking to the most iconic base camp of all, at the foot of the greatest mountain in the world,
Mount Everest (8848m), this is one of the world's classic treks. It is a strenuous trek walking for around three to six hours a day at high altitude.

Trekking to Mt. Everest Base Camp has been one of the most awe-inspiring experiences.

Congratulations Chandni, we are very proud of you! You are an inspiration to all of us watching your determination and dedication!
